plenuim bypass

i need to remove the plenuim as i have to replace a cam and the back two injector

do i just block the pipes to the plenuim or do i loop them back

    I have just done this have looped the pipes right side to heater matrix pipe

    and the same to the left side I used fuel pipe as I did not trust vac pipe
