Just for info, Silverstone isn't a strip.

 

It's a little known race circuit.

For those who ain't been before, trax is at silverstone and is one of the largest car shows of the year, every make and model you can think off, loads of different car clubs and masses of traders. You can do 0-60 sprints for usaully a tenner a go, think an escort cossie is usually the quickest at 3.34 sec. If booked in advance car clubs can book a session to go around the race circuit, think each session lasts about 25mins and is usaully just one type of vehicle make at a time, your not suppossed to race but everyone does, word of warning, every year al least one car gets totalled...

Oh and plenty of chicks too...

Well worth going too, but get there early, a long line of cars start around 8am trying to get in.

FYI...

 

If you go on the track and take out the default track insurance last year it only covered something like 5k unless you upgraded it. Some guy totalled a very nice porsche last year and found out after. It's probably cheaper to try and arrange some kind on insurance before you go.

 

I got the form today and it's going back tomorrow, so if there's anyone else, please let me know today.
