after eight years, i finally got into a flat we let to some oldish guy, i was shocked to find the way he lives

 

i only got in cause he needed his washbasin unblocking, it was full of lime, and when you see the pics you wil realise how the lime got i there

when i found one of my tennants dead, the room was so bad that all he had was a thin trail leanding to his bed, the rest was rubbish, old fsh and chip papers, fag ends and just general food rubbish, it was summer and couldnt see out of the window for all the blue bottles on it, he had been dead for two weeks, there was maggots in his mouth

yeah flatlets, bedroom and living room all in one, then either your own toilet or your own kitchen, we dont put both in cause if you have (lets say) 5 flats in one house, you have 6 council taxes to pay as they are all classed individual propertys amd youhave to pay council tax for the actual building

thats why i like being self employed because i was once called out to a gas fire, the guy answered the door in his pants:hurl:. the house was disgusting it hurt my nose to breath. then he shows me a toilet that "needs looking at" it was fooking brown like the cr@p you see on life of grime. at this point i just walk out never to see the dirty fooker again
