What sort of boost pressure can you run with wiseco pistons fitted and standard head gasket and rods, is 12psi ok?

 

If I want to run 21psi are we talking eagle rods, wiseco pistons and cometic H/G.

 

Obviously there will be different management, 550cc injectors as well.

So.............. if i have

reconned turbos (360thrust and step gap pistons)

wiseco pistons

new bearings

new HG

new uprated valve springs

550 injectors

exhaust decat

induction

and ecu upgrade i should see what kinda bhp safley

Well with that lot you should see almost 400bhp maybe more with new valve collets :D .

i know them valve springs wont give me more bhp but i like mentioning them.

Out of curiosity,

My set up used to be :-

Stock tubs, injectors and zorst, JD chip, Apexi filter and 1.2mm boost jets running at around 13PSI. I then fitted 1.0mm boost jets and got around 15PSI but got dett at high RPM.

My set up is now :-

as above plus, Divorced wastegate down pipes, decat, powerflow cat back and OS Giken Twin Plate Clutch and Fly

 

My question is, would I still get dett if I refitted the 1.0mm boost jest or do I have an underlying problem ?

I forgot to mention, I also have uprated SMIC and I think they are TRUST, would that make any difference ?
