What ECU is this? 8 Bit? 16 Bit?

I cannot identify this ecu using the numbers/codes on it.

 

Can anyone tell me if it's an 8 bit or 16 bit jobbie please :)

Would the 'daughter board' refer to that board at the bottom? If so I guess it's an 8 bit ECU?
