Peeps,

My in-laws are emmigrating to Cyprus, and the missus obviously want to keep in touch as often as she can, so i thought that a web cam would probably be the best and easiest way for her to do this.

The thing is i know sweet FA about web cams. All i know is i want a good quality one with a high resolution and decent frame rate. Can anyone make any recommendations?

Secondly, what is Skype all about, is there anything special about it?

Advise please

Nick

Skype still costs money i think, if your going to use a webcam then just connect via yahoo messenger or MSN as it doesn't cost anything but Skype costs pennies anyway.

Logitec is what i ended up with after asking same question on here mate. can't fault it
