Plugged datascan in and get a code 34 - car started 0 times with this fault when engine is running.

If I reset ECU and just put ignition on then i get a code 55.

Minute I start the car it goes back to "code 34 - the car started 0 times with this fault"

I have a 1Meg resisitor in the det sensor plug.

Does this mean I still have a code 34?

Thanks

Yep, check the resistor is making proper contact in the plug then try tracing the loom back to the ecu
