Led 99 spec lights have stopped working???

Bought a set of led lights off ebay from a seller called "zed-bitz" they are just like the ones from clearcorners but were £350 instead of $1600, however three lights have stopped working in the indicator...

 

Any suggesteions on how to get inside the unit to fix the connection...(dont want to put them in the oven)

 

Also does anybody have any contact information for the seller zed-bitz???
