We as a club would like to do something for Harry -we can't promise anything big, but we would really like to do something to bring a little extra brightness into his life while he and all of his family are going through a rough time.

 

Its been discussed in the mod room and have also run it by John (RedZed) and we would like to start a collection going for Harry and get him something from all of us to show he is in our thoughts and that we wish him a speedy recovery. We will also get a big card and print off 'get well' messages from various members and stick them in it.

 

Any donation will be greatly received.

We have done this a number of times before, the Club will cover the Paypal fees, so whatever amount you wish to donate will all go to the recipient.

 

Please state when making a donation that it’s for Harry. (Message/subject box etc) so this is not confused with subscriptions etc.

Just a thought, should you be using a bank transfer and be considering an amount identical to a typical subscription, please could you make it just a penny different - it's a nightmare sorting out those as the reference information often gets stripped as it goes from bank to bank. Thanks.

Thankyou to everyone for your overwhelming support and generosity,

as said before it will never be forgotten.Thankfully Harry has been and

is being very brave with the whole situation.He's just finished another

6 days of chemo.He goes back this Thursday for a session given by

syringe push in clinic then a week off.The following Thursday he will

have a 4 hr chemo session then following that we will be travelling to

Birmingham on different dates for CT scan,PET scan,radiotherapy consultation,

etc.His consultant says he may need further chemo (2 blocks) and

radiotherapy,but this will all depend on the scan results.So just hoping

that the results are good when we have the tests.Horrible having to

keep waiting and wondering.

Thanks for everything and you all look after yourselves.

which usually means us being there about

about having the canula as they really hurt

him last time with not using the numbing cream.

(going to take some with us from Shrewsbury

Hospital to apply ourselves).

While we're there we have got to see another

consultant to discuss radiotherapy,as depending

on the up and coming scan results he may need

it (hoping and praying he won't).

I'd just like to Join Athene and say to harry that we all wish him the very best and his Mum and Dad.

 

Also I like to say thank to the rest of you guys myself for being true to the spirit of this club. There is something about the people of this club that You don't seem to get with other car clubs. Lets face it having a 300zx is an emotive thing, because there are other fast cars that are less agro but we still have them because we think with our hearts. This is always evident when anyone of our friends and members is in trouble. This is what keeps me coming back and why i think your for the most part a cracking good bunch.
