Hi all. Recently,i had the cambelt changed on my '91 tt. Now its running like crap. To cut a long story short,i'v managed to narrow the problem down to a tooth out somewhere on the belt. Can anyone give me a rough idea on price to put this right,i'm guessing i shouldnt need many new parts(a couple of o' rings as the mighty 'duffman' mentioned in an earlier thread)so just need to know how much labour time i'l be screwed for? cheers guys.

can you not take it back and get the garage to sort it out??? or has it been to long???

I read somewhere the book time for a cambelt is 5 hours or is that a load of crap (I took about a week to do mine but I like taking my time with things :mac1: ) so thats surely a ball park figure to go with.

Cheers John
