Thanks to the input by fellow members from this site looks like we might be able to afford to keep the zed after all. Just got a classic car quote from the much recommended Carole Nash came out at £227 for the year i was expecting to have to pay almost £600 like last year didnt realise we could get classic insurance. And if it wasnt for you guys and gals i would never of known! Cheers! :bow: :bow: :bow: :bow:

    What qualifies someone to have Classic Car insurance?

     

    I'm like liam, my insurance is £1500.......before the engine modifications are declared!

    i think your car has to be pre 1991 and you have to be over 27 correct me if i'm wrong please! Also with the carole nash insurance i've got £50,000 legal cover and breakdown which includes home start (not that you need it with a zed) and only a £200 excess BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
