Downloaded this last night. The series was ok ish, but this is way better, and using a much better car. Worth watching.

'ok-ish'!!! :shock: nothing can beat KITT, Michael Knight's mullet, and Devon Miles' superb British accent. i bet you dont get those in the new one :tongue:

just watched the trailer and, surprise surprise, it looks absolutely terrible and no doubt following a generic hollywood storyline. 2p! :D

Got loads of viewers in the states, but was universaly slated.

i've also downloaded it loads of nods towards the orginal series in there and the new mike driving the car is scripted as the hoff's son (the hoff guest stars as well) but val kilmer as the voice of kitt did not do it for me

Michael Knight ( David Hassleoff) Makes an appearance and IMO I think they have done a good job in bringing the old in with the new.

 

I presume there is going to be a new series and cant wait until it happens.

I watched the pilot, thought it was very good in it's own right. Not to be compared to the 80's show. :hyper:
