I also bought a ticket, If they say there 'was not enough tickets sold' you would get a refund (send sae etc).

I also bought a ticket and I have been trying to call them to see if enough tickets were bought and suprise suprise......NO Answer.

definatly not enough tickets were sold as me and me brother in law got our money back off of them at 5pm sunday.

I also wandered across and got an instant refund. Did you get the details of the company, they were importers and giving away the fans. If you have any of their stuff, go there for the refund.

true. Sounds like a Scam to me. Is there anything on the ticket that says, Subject to ticket sales? Bet it doesnt.

I think this should be reported.

seems to me they are just raking in the cash because they know a lot of people will just forget about it or not be bothered to chase it up. Im sure there are laws covering lotterys and other competitions, they should be reported to trading standards or someone.
