got my ride looking a million dollars this week with the intension of using it today for a bit of money collecting and what do i find :rant: :rant: :headvswal the council twats have spread about 5 trillion tonns of salt, how fvkin dare they try to vandalise my car via rotting the body because if i jacked off all over the mayor,s back seat in his 07 jaguar he would,nt be happy either :mad:

I suppose they would say its to prevent tragic accidents, they spread some round here and there were boulders flying on the car, i could here it banging and i have stone chips all over!!

 

I guess thats why folk choose not to drive their cars in the winter.

in 30 years of driving ive found this is the worst thing you can do as it just blasts the salt laden water into places you cant even see :headvswal ime not anul or over-reacting over this as i just jump in the rangie but ffs cant they invent summit man made and non corrosive to our cash invested babys :confused:

yeah your right mate an uncle of mine had a v8 rover sd1 and it was solid underneath until he washed it a few times with a jetwash and within 3 months it was as rotten as a corpses bum

But the salt still gets on there. You can't always clean it after you've been out in it.

bud with them,the wifes rover420 and 2 work trucks you just dont want to know what i pay each month in insurance alone :(

you could always use a garden sprinkler and drive over it to wash the salt from the under body

That gets the underside wet then and if you're going to put it away in the garage, it's nearly as bad as leaving salt all over it.
