Hi everyone,

 

Im getting really wound up know. I have owned my z for about 6 months and it is stunning par the drivers seat. So i brought one of ebay from Paul @ SWZ_Performance via ebay and sent the £80.00 inc postage as he requested around the 18th December 2007!!!

 

He sent me a mail saying thanks for the cheque and stated once it cleared he would send my seat on January 3rd.

 

Then time past and with every 3 messages i send he responds once with exscuses. The last being a man came to collect but the seat was to heavy???

 

So after about 30 messages and almost 2 months passing still nothing !!!

 

I sent the last message 10 days ago saying to just send me my money back but he never responded.

 

Any thoughts :wack:

snowygt you have hit the nail on the head. We just want what we paid for in good faith!

to be honest mate i dont think an e-mail will do it, personaly i'd go down and get my money back.

Well hopefully he will read this and the billion PM's and emails everybody has sent and get on it :)

I would do but your looking at another £60 odd pound in petrol from Coventry. I could of got a leather re-trim at the this rate lol!

true, but it still needs sorting out, and as you can see from the replies your not the only one out there.

Sounds to me like the business has closed.....

Update

 

I have spoken to Paul and he has asked me to pass on his apologies to everyone that currently has outstanding issues with him or SWZ Performance. These past few months have been very difficult but he wants to ensure those involved that he is committed to resolving all outstanding issues.

 

As many know SWZ have currently closed its doors to all new business, and is working on clearing the existing backlog. At this moment it is not clear wether the Company will reopen its doors again or not. :(

 

Becuase of PC problems he is currently unable to get access to the Forums or to the SWZ email.

 

Paul has asked me to come into SWZ next week to assist. One of my main roles will be sort out all outstanding issues.

 

Therefore can all involved, wether it be for parts or refunds please get in contact with me and I will do everything I can to sort out these matters.

 

I have made notes from this thread on for 300zx-xz003, zxjon, JAZZYSINGH and zx-eyes. But if you there is any further information needed please pass it onto me. Item descriptions, dates, Addresses, prices..etc would make things easier for me.

Don't forget to add me to that list regarding boost control set up by swz that looks like was contributary to servere lifter damage to my engine within 50 miles due to possible incorrect set up currently now undergoing rebuild that I spoke to you about the other day david

11psi thats only 2psi over stock

with the controller off was 11psi when on low was about 15psi and high hit 21.1 psi

hi legrath thanks for stepping in m8,id rather have the spoiler than a refund and must be better for paul as all hel have to do is pop the back window cut the tailgate frame off rap it and send it,that way itll only cost him postage and half hour of his time hope this helps il mail you with details m8 rgds jon

Apart from my one and only input to this thread I have tried to keep out of it.

 

However, Paul messed me about for weeks, five if I remember, even though I had paid upfront for the goods. But, they even when they arrived they were short of some seals, no big deal, but I have several messages promising that things would be made good. That was months ago.

 

So, as I said the money side is no big deal, but as a matter of principle I find myself objecting to Pauls last and only post.

 

It is Paul who is at fault here, and to try and move some of that blame as he appears to be doing is wrong.

 

TBH i have given up with this forum and SWZ and its only my loyalty to you guys that is making me sort all your problems.

Not that you feel bad about taking their money and actually are bound (legally)to give them what they paid for then?

Not taking sides here but PLEASE keep this to the point and factual. I know both sides of most stories before anyone asks. If this thread turns into a slanging match then there is only one place its heading...

 

If anyone with problems wants to PM either myself or Legrath on here then I/Dave will pass on your problems and do our best to come to some form of resolution.
