ignition timing

hi again z mates.

ignition timing can anyone advise me on how to do the ignition timing on a 1990 zxtt.

    You really need a conZult or datascan to know the ignition timing the ECU is trying to achieve. Many sensors can affect the ignition timing...

     

    Also if using the inductive pickup type strobe gun, you MUST ensure that the clamp stays OPEN when reading the timing - allowing it to close will give inaccurate readings (don't know why this is though but try it lol)
