What setting for koni adjustable shocks?

Me again, (sigh)

 

Just purchased a set of new koni shocks and blitz springs for my zed as my shocks have had it. just wondered what you dudes out there who have konis set yours on and what sort of difference it makes on different levels (if at all noticeable!).
