Just seen it and thought it was excellent. Once the crap hit the fan it was edge of the seat action till the end credits rolled!

Different league to the Blair Witch Project that I guess you could say it has the most in common with. Cross that with King Kong and Godzilla and you kinda there anyway! Don't let that put you off seeing it though!

Absolutely fantastic. How they have mixed crappy camcorder footage with amazing special effects makes everything so believable!

Saw it saturday. First 10 min your sat there thinking your gonna walk out cos you cant take any more of that shit camera work, then after that all shit hits the fan and its a great film.

Sounds good, although the Bourne Ultimatum gave me a headache in the cinema, so not sure i'd enjoy watching even shakier camera work

just got back from the cinema, this film was amazing. firstly i thought i was in the wrong screening then it all went sour and it was fooked up till the end.

mmm curious, the trailers didnt really tickle my fancy, but might go and watch this now

agreed with all above...first 10-15mins is hard to get through (bar the absolute FITTIE!)...but soon as it gets going...excellent stuff!

Word of warning though...my missus had to look away for half of it due to feeling sick from the shakey camera effect!

WTF?

This is the worst film I have seen in ages. I nearly walked out of the cinema!

Are you all mad? :headvswal

different opinions..

i loved the idea, wasnt keen on the camera man actor he was a bit annoying.

I though this film was a steaming pile shite, If Id have been on my own i would have walked out but i was with a big group so i had to stick it out till the end.

I think it was mainly the crappy filming that ruined it for me, although out of our group most the others enjoyed it so maybee its just me???

the way it was filmed made me throw up half way through the film it was like watching a movie while sitting on a rollercoaster :D, good film though

Thats the whole idea :)

Suppose to be home footage filmed but a donut college guy who happened to be in the right places at the right time.

the camera work was frustrating but that was the whole point.

kept you on your feet, you didnt know if the batt was gunna run out or if it was guna break, if they would miss something. was cool i thought.

I don't have anything against the camera work but the story had no beginning, no middle and no end. let alone any real explanation as to what that alien thing is, where it came from, what happened to NY.

and above all, why would the US military keep a stupid video about a college party?

makes my blood boil. In fact, it makes me want to download for films and not pay to go to the cinema any more.

rant over...
