All,

Are there any common conversions or projects that have other engines than the standard TT??

Just wondered if anyone tried using a rolling shell and put something else instead of the normal lump...

Cheers

seen 1 with an RB26 motor out of a skyline in it but to be honest if ya gonna do an engine swap you'd be best off with a V8, speak to john dixon he's in the middle of doin 1 as we speak.

Besides John Dixon and Friday doing the VH45 V8 swap There is keith5700 who is doing a Chevy LS2 with supercharger.

Dont think a cossie engine would be torquey enough unless you stripped out a swb. Have seen one with a SR20 fitted. MantaV8 have fitted an old school yank V8 in his. Sounded awesome. TBH there is no common engine conversions unlike the 200 boys.

Ivan

or a noble...?

why bother, just another v6, VG30DETT is stronger and more tuneable

other than going for a revvy v8 i don't see the point of a conversion.
