Sounds a bit ropey.....cant believe Formula have to have timing advance mechanism to get round their "standard ecu"..........

Agree with MAC1 here,cant see how it would fool the ecu into thinking the oils cooler,seems like a sure fire way to dissaster somehow,only 2 ways to make oil cooler,larger intercoolers or and water injection spray into intercooler core,this is what they do on NASCARS and some other groups of motor sport,Its a con..

It says it's a timing advance kit.

How can it advance the timing without adjusting things only by electronics to the ECU?

I have thought about getting my timing adjusted but wouldn't know how to do it myself.

Any ideas?
