Being pretty new to all this I could do with a little advice. The two back boxes on my 300TT (jap/2 seater) have developed large holes. Would I be able to fit a Magnex?, are there other options. all replies appriciated.

Speak to luke at 'The Z Centre'.

http://www.zcentre.co.uk

He makes his own systems, or can advise you.

Read the TECH page from some Exhaust info.

Lukes Custom Pipes are a V nice kit, becarefull when buying tho, make sure you get a set from someone that knows the Z or you might get stuck with a 2+2 pipe from a UK supplier, If you dont fancy Lukes kit give Johnny at GPS a phone Number is in the contacts sec. Mongoose and HKS Hiper are good cheap exhaust systems.

The Mongoose aint a H /X pipe tho so you'll get dodgy backpressure, and all sorts, Just ask Craig ;o)

Z ya

p.s I was joking about the Mongoose being dodge !

Hi Martinfa

Recently had a Mongoose exhuast fitted On my UK ZTT. It looks the BIZ and made it sound great. Check out other previous posts on the forum about this subject. There is some interesting info on what to go for.

From what I can gather the HKS super dragger

is another popular choice ( 300Z can confirm this!!! ).

Good Luck in finding the perfect pipes.

Hi,

I ordered a Mongoose system for my 2 seater after being told it would fit a short wheel base Z, when it arrived it hung out of the car by about a foot. I ended up having to go to PowerFlow who made me a ridiculously loud straight through system while I waited, for about 600 quid. I wouldn't recommend Powerflow as the workmanship was pretty poor. I've now got half the PowerFlow system with a coupld of Simons race cans on the back, not ideal really.

Cheers,

Andy

Blitz, that's the way to go, Jonny sorted me out with the Realize TT system, fit's like a glove and sounds the dogs bollocks, quality at it's best, trust me.

Is the Blitz on a 2 seater?

Andy

I've got a Jasmo system and it sounds awesome.

Every day I drive through the tunnel under Leeds Bradford Airport flat out with my window down! I'm addicted to the noise.

I have a 90 TT import & the back boxes are shot.

Where did you get the Jasmo system from & how much? Is it the catback type?

Jan..

I also have a Blitz on a 2 seater. Fits easy and looks and sounds the balls.

Guys.

Jasmo should read Jasma. This means the exhaust is JASMA approved. It is most likely to be a HKS system you have on your car.

Any advice please contact me.

The guy I bought the car from fitted it not long before he sold it so I don't know where it came from and it didn't cost me any extra.

I need to get it on a ramp and scrape off some mud to see exactly what it is.

Seems to get louder/more raspy as it warms up.

Anyone else noticed this?
