as some may know, michelle (ourlass) started a new job a few months back and was on a probationary training period, she always knew she was doing well at work (loyds tsb call centre) but there was always the chance that she may not have been suitable for the company and couldnt have been finiished from the job
anyway, she had her one to one with the bosses who were delighted with her and the progress she has made, so she has now been kept on and has been signed off from the training, she is now a fully fleged member of the team and has got a small rise (she can also do some overtime now lol)
its a weight off our shoulders, i know its only a call centre, but she could have still lost her job, im well chuffed and she actually loves this job
well chuffed
