Where To Get A Third Break Light?

Just wondered....

 

Are there any different options too ? LED etc ??

 

Its to go in a fibreglass standard replacement spoiler,

    I'd go for a LED and trim that bulbous tail light bulg off the spoiler. Will look so sweet
