Nope, but remember reading the book when I was about 9. I remember my father bought me that an 'Stig of the Dump'. hehe

I saw it last night (by myself!) and thought it was quite good but it was a bit like a Walt Disney cartoon. The animation was good but not as good as I expected considering the reviews I had seen on tv.

tbh i thought the trailers havent done it any justice, and i cant really see myself going to see it

really looking forward to seeing this, i usually find myself enjoying movies that don't get great reviews. took my daughter to stardust and thought it was excellent, robert de niro's a hoot

Did you see it in 3d????

Went the other night and have to say I was blown away, didn't have too high hopes for the tech but OMG was amazing!!! Definately worth the extra for 3D IMHO.

Quite adult content for a 12A I thought (thinking of Angelina naked here) but maybe I'm getting old!

I was thinking exactly that Steve. 3D? Do you have to wear stupid glass' or are they OK? Not sure how the 3D technology has moved on from the last 3D film I saw about 10 years ago. LOL. :D

Yeah you have to wear glasses, but they just look like those McDonalds sunglasses they gave away years ago. Without the pink/yellow/blue arms. And TBH everyone else is wearing them so you don't feel too much of a tit.

I can't really compare it to anything else because it was THAT good, I'd say closest thing to it is the IMAX. IMAX has more flashy 3D effects because of the bigger screen, but I'd say Beowolf made better use of the tech through the whole film.

I'm just dissapointed that I won't be able to watch it like that at home ;)
