More importantly - Which Cat 1 alarm is it ?

I have a Toad system, which is very popular. Does it job, no issues.

Does'nt have all the bells and whistles like a high end Clifford system, but then does'nt have the poor reliablity and niggly problems cliffords are known for.

I paid about £300 for my Laserline, but that was about 3 1/2 years ago. The system's been reliable and trouble free as well :D

got my toad alarm fitted last week For £250 and he will fit it were ever you are

That's not a bad price. I paid a lot more for my install about 6 years ago but then it has been completely reliable and trouble free.

I recently saw a Cat 1 system from Cobra on ebay for under £100 and the chap wanted £150 for fitting. Didn't seem like a bad price either but it was a very basic alarm.

Dan

if you are going for a cat1, then go for either the TOAD, or LASERLINE. forget clifford as they are a pile of dogs doooo, i would not fit one on a pram.

Who did that for you?

Is Bob the alarm fitter/forum member still around. I was going to get a toad alarm fitted by him.
