anyone remember this song

i have been trying to find this song for about 5 months now its a cover of dell shannons runaway and it was by a guy called luis cardinez ( not too sure of the spelling ) it was about in the mid 80s and the video was of dinosaurs playing as the band it used to be on the power hour

someone please help its doing my head in
