We had the VOSA MOT Matters monthly magazine deliverd down the old mans garage today, there was an article about tinted windows in it. According to VOSA you need 70% of the light to pass through the tint to be legal.

I didn't know if anybody would find this usefull but thought id post it anyway.

    :) Now putting it that way I suppose you could argue your point

I have no idea what tint level I have  I have never been stopped either

Anyone any idea? As loads of people here have seen my Zed, at least a trillion times :D

I got told yesterday at a window tinting place that the rear window and the two small side ones can be as black as you want but the front screen and front driver and passenger windows can now not be tinted at all if they already have factory tint on them as all modern cars do.

what are you lot hiding with ya tinted windows lol do you all drive naked :D :D :D :D

If I had my windows tinted, it would have to be all or none. Cars with only the rear windows and rear quarters tinted don't like right. Drop windows need doing too to make it look cool. A lightly tinted rear screen on its own can look cool though.
