Well the house has sold again, subject to contract, but we have a good feeling about the buyers so we think this is it this time.

 

Now they are first time buyers so i could be away before I know it but asked them to be a bit patient and wait till after christmas, they were fine with that so I have a couple more weeks to arrange things.

 

Just think I could have kept Audrey for another 6 months, oh well at least I haven't got to worry about selling her, but I do have a nice Yaris for sale and then i will have my Omega to put on ebay.

Cheers, we accepted Monday the survey was done Wednesday and I just filled in all the paperwork for fixtures and fitting and stuff tonight ready to post tomorrow.
