Do the digital heater pods go wrong??

 

When i switch on the Fan Econ comes on?? is this right?? Then if you press the econ button it dosnt go off, Unless you press off but then it all goes off and it only blows luke warn air,

 

and with it being cold im freezing lol!!!

 

Also the choke 1st thing in the moring dosnt go off for abot 20min and stays around 1.5 to 2 rmp?? thermostat maybe?? If so where the hell is it??

I'm no zed expert, lol, but my auto choke stays on for roughly 5-10 mins - never as long as 20. Also its never 2000rpm, mine goes to just above 1500 and works down. Hope that is of SOME help to you.

Econ button swithches aircon off, oterwise aircon on all the time! Fan is on all the time also unless you press off button.

what does your engine rest at after 20mins, might need ajusting. Best to use a consult to see if everything is is within spec, ie. IAA/TPS sensors. if the base idle is on 1000rpm withs some electrical load, you can ajust the idle to a slightly lower rate via the ajustment screw on the side if the IAA unit.

Yeah the choke does turn off and it runs just under the 1000rpm i think or there abouts..

 

Just takes ages for it to turn off and the heater isnt very hot.. thats what makes me think the thermostat

 

but all that is the 1st start of the day. so after work the choke will be off after about 10-15 mins

As I said if you push Auto button aircon on all the time to switch off press econ button!

demist button switches aircon on. press econ button so light goes off and aircon back on again.

is your aircon working right ,,cause it sound's like it's not ...
