yeah cat c, but as long as you aint greedy you will always make money on it

Cat C from the looks of things, however ring vosa first as if it does'nt need a vic test then it won't be recorded on the log book - makes it easier to sell :)

thing is that car will have been bought at an auction for a lot less than they are asking for it

its registered as cat c, so it will need a vic check-wont it?

Not ALL of them do, ring 08706060440 and press option 4 and ask them if it needs one, more often than not it will but some don't and if they don't need one, it is not recorded on the front of the log book. ;)

That number is a proper vosa number by the way, not just something i have made up. lol

  • Author

yeah i got the number lol, never realised that you could ring up and see if it needed one, thought if you were told that it was cat whatever that it needed a vic check doin

Well like i said more often than not it will but sometimes it won't. If it does'nt you will have to pay £25 for the v5 - but thats better than £36 and a trip to your local vosa place. lol

My advice ring as soon as you get the car and if it does'nt require one send off for the v5 straight away and then as soon as it is fixed and mot'd it will be ready for sale straight away. ;)

this one doesnt look like a hairdressers car lol

Those are some Fookin BIG Brakes!!!

Hi,

The horsepower and particularly the torque figure of the S2K will be well down on your current TT at....237bhp and only 153 ft/lbs torque!

Its the horse power per ton that matters though ;)

Horsepower will give you the top speed but torque will give you the acceleration!;)...Don't think the S2K is that light either?

im not nessacerily buying a car to go faster, im just wanting something newer, a change, something different

Hi,

Don't blame you...The S2K is a nice car as well, just heard that you need to rev them quite high to get decent progress...?

The s2000 revs upto 9000rpm which means you get an awful lot in each gear. Also it may not be 'light' but i don't think its as heavy as a zed, lol.

I believe that is true, but then again anything without a turbo or supercharger needs getting into high revs really. :)

So do motorbikes and F1 cars but people dont moan about them! :D
