Used to have a white one 1984 model, back in 1993. Goes like stink and handles quite well, just make sure the drive chain has been done for the four wheel drive. If they come loose it's a big job.

As a run around daily driver you would have to be buying it becuase you have some sort of passion for them, as for the price you could buy a much newer, better and cheaper car to run.

Yeah know what you mean,

I've and 2 before a white one and a black one, a year after i sold the white one phoned the bloke up and got it back. I would like to have this and the 300 then get a run around but i dont think the mrs will like that.

and as for fuel i think i got less mpg than the 300
