just back from dublin where myself and Trish(tulip) went to see this car as i wanted some interior bits from it. we were a bit shocked to find it was a manual slicktop n/a badly neglected now being broken. no crash damage or anything, just a coil and propshaft problem a few months back . since then it has been hacked and pulled at and in a very sorry state.

seems to have been hoisted by a forklift or something as both sides of the roof are badly dented in exactly the same place. Been sprayed a very weird colour too, was originally grey.

we thought it an awful shame to see a rare z like this broken up

Rare colour too. That skyblue was available, but rare. Few over on the US Z forum.

Just goes to show. If they were worth what they should be that wouldn't have happened.

RIP

engine and gearbox still intact, there was no reason this couldn't have been kept on the road. The guy said he bought it for 1k euro (£650) 6 months ago and though it would be worth more broken :nono:

A targa tt auto can bw worth more broken but not this. There isn't really a market in Ireland for braking z's anyway unless it's for yourself as spares

I got the bits i needed , except for the front lights. he wanted £250 EACH

dumb and dumber

what a shame, poor car had been half stripped with no care, how come its always the unappreciative who seem to get get their hands on little gems like this, also in the yard 4 skylines r33 and a few other yokes in different states of dismantling, none with any visible damage

:( I get all amotional at any mention of an N/A Slicktop, let alone seeing disturbing pics of a busted one.

I see a 4 door R32 'liner in the middle pic too - also a rare beastie.

long story but I just didn't have time. It looked very clean from the outside though
