I've just bought some 18's for my car and was told off somebody who has the same wheels that he needed to uses spacers, only 3mm and 5mm, will i get away without having to change the studs if I can find spacers that just sit between the wheel and the discs?

where could I buy them? is there anywhere like halfords that sell them? av bought the tyres and the wheels should be delivered by friday so need to get them by then!! av got a number for a place that could send them out but would rather nip to a shop and buy some if i can
