I'm in 2 minds of what to do with the car situation, i dont know weather to keep mine and spend a small fortune on it , bearing in mind that its got 168000 km on it which is about 105000 miles or get another 1 and leave it standard-ish. its either that or get a GTR skyline i need advice with this so any help is much appreciated, oh and its gonna be a mixture of body and engine work. :confused:

Its how you feel about the car.

 

Has it got problems at the moment? Is it running well? What if you get another Zed and its 'dodgy' .... stick with what you know ;)

 

I’ve grown close to my car and I would be mortified if I had to get rid of it. Even though it does piss me off :D

i love the car to bits, it does need a cambelt change which is sorted it has a small boost leak and i'm gonna clean the injectors and replace the plugs cos they need doin desperatly lol then it should be sweet. Its flew throuhg every MOT and i've had it for 2 and 1/2 years so its been a good car

but a cambelt change will need to be done on most cars anyway ... unless you get one with full service history, paperwork etc.

 

clean the injectors, replace the plugs (£55 or whatever!) get the cambelt done and keep the car. You said it yourself..... its a good car! :)

 

At least you know whats been done and are familiar with the car and its issues ;)

yeah your right hun its got a full service history and i dont mind workin on it, infact its the only car that i aint lost my temper with lol, thanks for the advice.

yeah i know what your sayin but everyones got them i've seen daft little chavs drivin them about bein arse's if i get a skyline its gonna have to be an R34 and i aint got 25k spare
