It will be interesting to see what mine makes next week as my spec is very close to that but not uprated the ic's or injectors so will only be running 14.5 psi

125bhp :D :D :D

and a speeding ticket ;)

yep ill go 380 at wheels also

would it not be better to get some new tubs with that set up and up the boost a touch higher if money allows

Turbos are your restriction there, depending on exact spec of them - I'd go with 420'ish flywheel / 360'ish rwhp

will you all stop guessing 380!! thats my guess, get your own

on stock turbo's??????? Correct me if im wrong guys, but isnt that pushing it a wee bit???? even thought they have the 360 ball bearting spec!

interesting to see how much of an urban myth this is (or isnt)....

im just curious. I've not got alot of knowledge about what u can and cant do with these engines and wanted to know if you could get away with 19psi with a set of standard turbo's with uprated internals!!!

interesting to see how much of an urban myth this is (or isnt)....

an expensive way to do it though, lol

I guess 379.9 rwh :D

I guess the engine blows on the rollers???

Hope not lol.

340-350 at wheels.

393 at wheels

pointless pushing stock turbos to 19psi there will be very little performance increase as the stock turbos size and design arnt up to it they just cant shift that volume

interesting to see how much of an urban myth this is (or isnt)....

It shouldn't neccesarily damage your engine at 19psi as long as your not getting any det.

The intercoller and injector upgrades will help here.

From my (limited) understanding the stock tubs just get a little inefficient after about 17psi as they produce so much heat.

Would like to see the difference in results...

P.S. I have no idea what bhp you will get, it depends if it has all been setup properly yet.

the problem you get is if you try to push them beyond the max air they will move then they will be just creating hot air which will actually produce lower BHP!!

so he may actually get more power at say 16psi than 19psi, i know i certainly did on my car due to the size of the turbo pipework which was restricting the air flow and i made more power at 1.2 bar than i did at 1.6 bar
