fitted the apexi intake today with DTA's excellent guide. Bottom bolts were a pain, good job I have small hands, came off in one piece. After fitting Crapped myself whilst out for a spin, was doing about a tonne on my private track and thought someone was beeping their horn at me. Happened a few times thought something was wrong with ladyz. reading through past posts is goose honk. Is this right?

Next question : auto coolers. which one's best ? are they easy to install?

Featured Replies

Replacment recircs needed.

Oil coolers - 19row is most popular choice from big brand names such as Mocal. Fairly easy to install, its just a case of bolting them in behind nose panel and reconnecting up the oil pipes.

sorry to be an arse pain but I'm after it to replace auto box cooler. I understand an uprated one ( like the one you have ) would be used to replace the existing engine oil cooler ( the small one in front of the radiator I presume) and then existing small one would be used to cool the auto box (which if I am correct has something to do with the radiator for cooling) How would I rig this up ??? Any Ideas? links on net etc ? Is this relatively easy to do. Will soon have a garage with loads of space to do the work in my spare time. cheers P
