I'm just about to replace my engine at the weekend just wondered if theres anything i can take off it that isn't needed

What do you mean? Take off the old engine to keep as spares or take off the new engine as its not needed. Like plenum bypass?

Could also do AIV Removal & Carbon Cannister removal, although not strictly on the engine.

Exactly what we did while mine was out , also replaced rocker cover gaskets , rear main seal and replaced the core plugs :dance: :dance:

The crap we took off !!! Should have a lightweight zed now . lol
