Folks
I am no expert on what kind of equipment or money it takes to run a thriving forum these days.
I know when 300zx.co.uk goes down it is a pisser, lots of folks come here and often rely on 300zx.co.uk for advice and camaraderie... its a great meeting place for like minded petrol heads to chat and yarn, arrange meets, get tech advice, share ideas and thoughts and most importantly for some - buy and sell their products and wares.
I myself would not have my TT without this place and sure as hell would not be able to keep it running so sweet without 300zx.co.uk
Sure I could go to twinturbo.net and read the FAQ but that FAQ would be worth shit without some feedback from 300zx.co.uk
I have only met Craig once, at the Slough meet and we had a great chat. Craig is totally down to earth and a real sound bloke..
In reality this place is running on borrowed time, I guess it is easy to forget that when folks point their browsers at http://www.300zx.co.uk and up pops the forum, with all messages intact for all to read.
The way I see it, people should really register their interest in keeping this place alive, paste into your email client
craig@avnet.co.uk?Subject=Join-300ZX and sort out some dosh.
Come on folks, I offered to donate for free (no big deal ok) a server for Craig to run this place on but in my ignorance I didnt realise it takes so much more than just hardware alone... so comon folks, click the link and mail Craig some money for f***s sake..
Glen.
