Ok,first up i need this guy's addy. it's for the police as over 4 months ago i bought the rear seats 1/4 cards and sub box off him, and they never turned up. then he got some one else to sell them again on here! i also know he's ripped off a few other members as well, so if they would like to leave they're details on here i'll add them on to the case i'm building against him.

Sadly the old bill will just take details and say that they will get back to you, but they won't say when, or that it's very very low priority. Best thing is if you get his address, issue a County Court Summons, they then have to pay or turn up in Court and say. If they ignore it, go for the Judgement which gives them another 14 days to pay, and then send round the Bailiffs to take goods to the value. It works.

would you not need proof that a contract was formed to go through the county courts?

this guy logs on msn nearly every night advertising a room for rent in andover.
