gutted for you, hope it does not affect your liveliehood

Its in my family tree as well. My dad had it and my grandparents too. I do get aches and pains but after a blood test it showed negative. I feel for you. But you are right with the correct diet and some good herbal remidies you can keep it under a certain amount of control. Sorry to hear it though bud.

:( Very sorry to hear your bad news m8. Wife's grandmother swears by acupuncture for it (oh, and lots of red wine!) - worth a try I reckon to relieve the symptoms when they're at their worst.

Emigration next I reckon, as reflected by a change in username: deve8decosta or deve8grancanaria maybe in order!? :)

Anyhow, keep your chin up mate.

I was looking at Cape Verde

Nah come over to Madagascar when we move,my zeds coming and there`s a tennis club right next to our pool hall! Sorry to hear bout the condition tho fella, what a shitter. :(

Sorry to hear this Chris :( Just got out of hospital myself today after getting some bad news. Strangely, the drugs they use for arthritis are the same as the ones they use for Crohns. I know I'm better in warm climates and I think eventually I'll be moving abroad myself.
