Insurance

Hey Guys,

I'm really interested in buying a Zed , had a few insurance quotes and a few cardiacs! was wondering what sort of prices you guys pay, and any recommended insurance companies. Also is there a national Zed club?

thanks for the info guys, i'm 30 full ncb rural location, garage, cat2 clean license etc etc been quoted 850 notes

It also depends on where you live too, and how old your car is. People with 10 year old or older ZX's are able to get classic car insurance.

Second guessing what insurance companies are going to charge is a waste of time, you'd get better odds on the lottery ! biggrin.gif

Anyway, yes, there is a National Z club, www.zclub.net although in my opinion they have a bias towards Z31's rather than Z32's. No proof as such, because I am not a member, just my perception really. Anyway the good news is that they do have a discount scheme with a brokers, although I don't know how good the discounts are (Livingstones I think). I have assembled a list of companies that do insure Zed's, some do UK only, some do UK and Jap spec. http://www.300zx.org.uk/insurance.htm
