I have a chance of running at woodbridge airfield over the winter( on the bike, brrr), but may get a go in the car too.

So, how hard is it to get rid of the restrictor? :p

It's in the ecu mate. You need a chip. Speak to John Dixon, Miceyb, or AndyP.

It is an electronic limiter, You have 3 options, a chip as suggested, a delimiter/ speedo convertor availiable from Z Centre or UK speedo clocks, all 3 would work.

 

Maybe do some searches to help you decide, & good luck :)

mine is a female limiter and removing is as easy as telling her to get out

Uk clocks alone doesn't work as the limiter is in the ECU.

I've done a search+ can't find it!

Mine is uk spec btw.

Surly the best way is to get the car chipped...! Mr Andy P would make an astounding job im sure, being the fountain of knowledge that he is!
