Gardeners' Anonymous

I haven't seen any of you at the local GA(note 1) meetings but I am sure that some of us forum members are also members of GA. To them I offer this tip.

When up to your neck in soggy ditches overgrown with nettles and thistles, it is quite in order to get half-way through and then break the strimmer. This happened yesterday and I was then allowed to take the missus down the pub. Which is why I didn't post the tip yesterday.
