just out of interest so i know to keep my eyes peeled was the guy pulled by a panda car or unmarked? If unmarked what make, colour, etc was the car? What time of day was this?

It was around 3-4 in the afternoon. He was stopped by marked car I think. There were some cops on the street looking at all the cars, ahead of it. Looked like some kind of sting or something, maybe looking for dodgy tax discs or something.

 

Why do you ask, did you see him as well?

i always like to know the identities of the unmarked cop cars that operate in my area so i know if they are following me etc. Found it pretty hard since being in london because there are so many but i knew them all by number plate when i used to live in dorset.

Oh ok, will let you know if I see any unmarked ones in the area, cos I pass there quite often.

 

While I've got you here, I have one question. How can I add a pic. under my name? When i go to the user settings "Edit avatar" the option is blocked.
