Just been looking through there and found a few items seem to be for sale which have already been "sold" and paid for by some pretty pissed off (understandably) members.

 

 

It doesn't look good for the club and it's visitors. How often does this go on? At the moment i'm awaiting delivery of something I paid for weeks ago and i'm getting messed about. I don't want to mention names as of yet, but i'm beginning to feel even more worried now after reading some of the threads where people are getting ripped off. I understand it's impossible to check on private sellers. it's left to trust and goodwill. Over the years i've bought and sold items from very decent members with no problem.

 

If you think about it it would be quite easy to come on here, subscribe for a few weeks , advertise some expensive parts get paid for them and then f*ck off with the cash. It's a pity there isn't another payment system.

i cant believe there's even mention of removing the For Sale section!!?!? a car club is probably the best place to get parts for an otherwise rare car. why let the minority spoil it for the majority as is usually the case? why dont we ban all 300ZXs, thatll solve the problem... no ban all cars and roads... no... etc.

Right I’ve had enough. I’m going to name and shame myself Yes Madhammster. For the second time, second thread I’m sorry for the trouble I have caused Old Zed. Yes you gone and got a court order well done. Yes I have paid it I did it today. But to keep saying I’ve rip you off. Is getting out of hand now. The day I received the letter was the day I was getting all of my stuff finally sorted out and getting my Internet back up and running…thanks to SKY… Now it was the Z Club That asked me to do the BBQ and as it was a joint thing with the 300zx Club They were looking for me also. So stop blaming the committee for having me do the BBQ this weekend. I brought the mirrors and cash to give to you this weekend but you did not show up after winding me up on an other thread about the weekend just gone. Ask anyone on here that knows me and they will tell you I go out of my way to HELP any member or club with what they need. I had no intention of ripping anyone off. With moving house, having a baby, dam near loosing my family……None of my friends, car clubs, and some of my family could get hold of me. Now please let it go….

I have to say YES an eBay based point scoring system for buying and selling is a great Idea. It gives a true and to the point view from both buyer and seller.
