what other mods have you done, i guess you have chipped the ECU as well? If you are trying to run at 1 bar with stock tubs, injectors, intercoolers then you will be pushing the stock items to the limit.

its chipped yes, i asked the question if it would be safe running at a bar and everyone said yes

yes you can run at 1 bar but for how long? As i said you will be up to the limits on old stock injectors, tubs etc, your better to run about 12 to 14psi max on stock, save a bit of stress on the engine.

really you need to know what your injectors are doing and your a/r throughout the revrange, mine is chipped and runs 14.5 psi with a good a/r for safety and still leaves the injectors at 80% duty cycle most of the time

1 bar fine all the way through to redline - tbh you'd be lucky to make much more on stock components...
