went to halfrauds yesterday to "mooch" at the stereo`s and came out with a touch up stick for me zed (colour spot on by the way) as i had caught a stone on the bumper the previous day.i decided to do it in the car park as it was nice and sunny and would dry off quicksnap.went to the boot and got my valeting bag out to clean up the area before applying said new paint didn`t bother unlocking the car just undid the boot lucky coz she`s having a new sigma security system fitted in the week any way carried on doing the job finished put all the stuff back in the car and closed the hatch.

guess where my fooking keys were?

yep in the boot.

so into halfrauds i went and borrowed a tool kit and had to punch the rear lock out so i could retrieve my keys and guess what i managed to do as well..............

yep cracked the centre light panel so that little bout of numptyness has cost me dearly coz the panel was spotless and i need a new barrel and key for the boot. DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

see wanted page for panel if anyone has a nice one for sale.

Lol, whoops! My missus had a good one. She went to work taking our macaw Molly (don't ask!) in my old BMW one day . Whilst she was sorting out some horses Molly managed to lock the car doors from the inside, with the keys in the car! It took the missus three hours of trying various things, with the parrot laughing at her from inside the car before she got it open.
