My car has an apexi boost contoller, its boosting at 0.6 bar at the moment, what will i be able to increase it to safely on a standard intercooler?

Stock is 9.5psi / 0.66 bar. Do you have the ECU chipped.....if not then I would'nt recomend going over 12psi/ 0.8 bar if you do have it chipped then most run at around 14psi/1.0 bar

 

While the intercoolers are a restriction, its actually the Injectors that are the biggest limit.

I know its got a john dixson chip, dunno if that helps. I want to run it at 1 bar but want to make sure its safe first

youl have to run decent octane fuel too

I always use tesco 99 octane in all my cars

As legrath says, 1bar should be ok...
