PC Help--Got a trojan (or two) Cant get rid of them

Went to a serial number site i used to use alot, for cracking a copy. Anyhoo, the sites now sh*t and it downloaded all sorts of crap and laptops running really slow and probably telling someone everything im doing. Got lots of temp internet files showing up etc etc. Cant locate the b*stard,

 

Any ideas anyone??

    It restores to previous known ok condition ( not sure if it would work if you have picked a virus up )

    Go to control panel / then / System and look for system restore ( i think it depends what operating system your running as well ) i've got XP

     

    Have you tried downloading or got any anti virus software ?
