Anyone know a laser cut metalworking company that can produce a laser cut, letter routed and polished metal plate for me? Even better is there someone on here that can do it?

I need a piece of trim making up in mirror polished stainless steel for my boot to cover up the edge of the boot carpet between the wheel arches. The metal plate needs to be 24in long and 2 inches wide, along its length it shoudl be bent to rise by 1/8 inch halfway across its width to make it rise over the carpet and 300zx routed into the upper edge halfway across. I have a specification and drawing (jpg) available by email if someone has the ability to make this up.

Can you do the 'kick plates' just inside the door in the same stuff as the oil cap?

 

would be a superb replacement for the horrible nasty plastic efforts we all have!

 

I would bite yer hands off for a pair!

I'd be up for kickplates as well, I think they'd have very scratch resistant because after a couple of months the Nissan ones are meant to look poo!

I've BINNED two sets of kick plates - can i get the rear rising edge right yet can i f***

I would be interested in some of these kick plates too. I already have an oil cap off kris and am more than pleased with it!!!

 

Maybe the bit at the back needs an extra piece welding in then the weld polished out??? I dunno its just a thought....

Andy mate, tried that, it distorts to much to be any good

But a mate of mine reacons he can copper them chrome the original ones. Then etch the Z logo in it. I must chase him up.

Kris can you do the boot plate for me?
